 Due to the fact that Facebook has chosen to use software that will allow the theft of my information (they themselves have informed me of it), I declare that: On this date of 29 November 2014, in response to new guidelines from Facebook and under Articles L .111 , 112 and 113 of the Code of intellectual Property , I declare that my rights are attached to all my personal data , drawings, paintings , photos, texts etc ... posted on my profile . For use ... Commercial foregoing my written consent is required at all times. By this statement, I tell Facebook that it is prohibited from disclosing , copying, distributing , disseminating , or taking any other action against me based on this profile and or its contents. The above mentioned measures also apply to employees, students , agents and any other persons under the direction of Facebook. The content of my profile includes private information. The violation of my privacy is punishable by law (UCC 1-308 1-308 1 -103 and the Rome Statute ) . Facebook is now a publicly traded entity.Those who read this text can copy / paste on their Facebook wall. This will allow them to place themselves under the protection of copyright . With that being said, it may be true that posting to your Facebook wall, a "legal disclaimer" may not have any legitimate legality, but that’s not to say that you cannot make Facebook sit up and take notice so many people posting this and sharing it and debating it on Facebook, that there are parts of the Facebook contract terms that you are not happy about.
