There are some free online services which can provide shortened links such as Google Link Shortener and TINY URL but if you want a secure professional way to mask your links then you need to use a redirect script on your hosting account. If you do not have access to your cpanel or do not know how to create an index redirect then you can use link cloaking software.
In my own tests masked links had a higher click thru and conversion rate than un-cloaked links....up to a 300% increase in click through and profit in fact !

You can shorten and mask any link you want using TinyURL.com it is a free service and the links does not expire.
The only downside to this is that it does not give your potential visitor and potential customer any idea what the link is pointing to in the link text so for some people they still may not click on the link because they don't recognize the address https://tinyurl.com/yb282nt8 for example.
